The Silver Fish Side will be closed on the following Saturdays from 8am to 3pm for the Winter League Matches

These matches are a good way of assessing if we require more fish stocking or not.

* The Bait bans are NO BOILIES & a limit of 1 Kilo of Dry Groundbait

* Hooks must be Micro - Barb in sizes smaller than 20s ie 20 , 22, 24 , 26 , 28s any hooks bigger than these MUST be Barbless

* No Keepnets are allowed except on Official matches

* The maximum size of hook allowed will be size 10 barbless

* All anglers fishing the carp side must have a carp un-hooking mat to place the carp on the floor for un-hooking.

* Landing Nets must be set up ready to use before you start fishing, Landing nets must be used to land & return Carp to the water.

* No Night Fishing

* One Rod or Pole only to be used

* No feeding of floating baits allowed

* No cat or dog food allowed

* All matches are run to standard match fishing rules.

* All matches are open to all members , tickets are available from the Sections meetings which are held at Bracken Moor Sports Club , Socksbridge on the first Sunday of every month & are available after the meeting date from the Secretary. No meetings are held in December or January

* No Tin Cans are allowed on the Clubs waters all baits such as Sweetcorn & Luncheon Meat must be put in alternative containers.

* All members must be in possession of a National Rivers Authority Licence & must have their membership book on them whilst on the Clubs waters.

* Anyone found with litter in their peg will be liable to confiscation of their permit
