2010

Late on in 2009 the British Disabled Angling Association awarded the Club Bronze award catergory 2 for 2008/2009 to the Tin Mill Dam Fishery the only club in Yorkshire to get this award.
indicating the fishery has access & facilities, however th person would require assistance to use or gain access to them.
Above £13000 has been spent on making the access & fishing platforms more comfortable in the last four years.
 
In 2010 up to £2000 of Carp will be put in the Carp Side to try to improve the catch rate, other ideas have been looked at & may be implemented in the future if this stocking does not work. Good weather would help

 

2009

£1000 worth of Bream was put in the Silver side on February 18th 2009 they were 6 inch to 8 inch & some at 8 to 10 inch.


Tin Mill Dam is split into two halves, the nearest end contains Carp, the furthest end contains silver fish & small Carp only.

Anyone found putting Big Carp in the New part as we call it (the far end) will be liable to have their membership withdrawn.
