The pictures below show the 500 Carp which were put in the Carp Side & the Tench which were put in the Silver Side on on the 27th October 2011.

Membership for this year is now closed, no new members accepted until the new permits are due in March 2012.
We apologise to members for any disruption caused by the work being carried out to make the fishing platforms safer by shoring the fronts up & then filling any gaps with soil, the total cost will be above £4000, the frontage is reconstituted plastic & should last many years, the work should be finished by the middle of October 2011.
We shall again be putting some 500 Carp in the Carp Side, with the kind donation from Mrs Hart we will be putting some Chub, tench and bream in the Silver Side before the end of the year. 

Alan Hart a member of the Club for many years, who also did some Bailiffing for us died recently.

In memory of him we will be putting a new fishing platform where he used to like to sit with a plaque on it, also we will be purchasing some fish , we are indebted to his wife who gave us £1160 saying Alan would have wanted the Club to have this money.

He will be missed by all who knew him.
